Shipping details

We aim to ship your order within 5 working days. If your order is urgent, please contact us prior to ordering to see if it is possible to expedite your order sooner.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Damaged print?


Let us know as soon as possible with photos to help us understand what went wrong.  We will ship a new print to you as replacement or refund your order. Let us know what your preference is. 

Changed your mind ? 


We do accept returns for 30 days after you order is shipped. 
Simply contact us to let us know and then return your print to us in the same packaging, undamaged, and we will refund you as soon as we receive it back safely. 

Please note, we do not refund shipping costs. 

Payments

Payments are handled by third-party providers PayPal & Stripe.  We do not hold any of your payment details. 

Sales tax and Customs duty

We ship internationally from the UK, Germany and the US to reduce the need for most customers to pay import duties.  However before purchase, please check if sales taxes or customs or duty payments may be payable in your country.  If in doubt, please check in your local country for processes and costs involved as they are not covered within your print purchase price or delivery costs.

Commissions

I do take on editorial, publishing and commercial illustration project commissions.  Please get in touch with your project idea and budget and we can discuss.

All illustrations are available for editorial, publishing and commercial licensing. Contact directly with usage terms for a quote.
